The company: Our client is a national success story currently turning over in excess of $1bn annually. They are importers/ distributors of construction related products and equipment, which has seen their top line revenue boom in recent years. They have also recently embarked upon a company wide drive to enhance all finance processes & procedures including reviewing Accounts Payable processes.

The role: Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will form part of a small but tight knit team that is responsible for paying over 50,000 suppliers across the country. As Accounts Payable officer you will be responsible for:

• Processing a small number of invoices on a daily basis
• Match, batch & code invoices to the GL
• Set up new vendors in the system
• Produce & send ETF payments on a weekly basis
• Resolve supplier/ branch manager issues on accounts
• Reconcile all supplier accounts on a weekly basis
• Review & pay staff expenses and corporate credit cards
• multi currency experience is preferred
