Accounts Payable

The Company:

Exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Officer to join a leading Hair & Beauty distributor. The company has a well recognised, strong brand and is going through a period of growth. You will report to the accountant and work within a small team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Full Function Accounts Payable
• Processing a high volume of invoices
• Weekly EFT and BPAY runs
• Supplier statement reconciliations
• Other adhoc admin

Your Skills & Experience:

• At least 2 years Accounts Payable experience
• Previous experience using Xero
• High Attention to detail
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Strong problem solving skills
• Skills in excel
