Description

As an accounts payable officer you will report to the finance manager and will undertake the following tasks:

• End to end accounts payable
• Manage relations with suppliers
• Process high volumes of invoices
• Bring process improvement ideas
• Potential to oversee certain performance of employees
• Conduct fortnightly and monthly payment runs
• Assist with month end reports

Profile

A successful candidate must have extensive accounts payable experience and be able to hit the ground running in a growing company. Candidates must exhibit a high level of attention to detail as dealing with high volumes, experience in ERP systems will be advantageous as will strong excel skills. Experience in liaising and overseeing performance of team members is sought after as is an approachable demeanour. Candidates must be able to deal with both internal and external queries thus be proficient in both verbal and written communication. Candidates must be immediately available. You must be fluent in german.
