An opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Payable to join a Finance team based witin a Private Equity firm in London to take responsibility for managing purchase ledger and payment runs globally, including:

  • Expenses claims processing
  • Supplier management and purchase invoices processing
  • Payment run - managing global payment runs

The successful candidate will play an important and integral role in the ongoing development of the Finance function to support the continued growth of the business, reporting to the Management Accountant.

Person Specification

  • Advanced excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)
  • Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of accounting software (Sage 50/Quickbooks/Other)
  • Ideally experience within a Private Equity or Asset Management firm

TEMP CONTRACT - 2/3 Months £150-200 a day (must be available within 2 weeks)

PERM ROLE - £30-45K depending on experience
