Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced with an industry leading insurance company, due to the growth of their team. This would be a great opportunity for someone with prior Accounts Payable experience looking to take next step in their career.

The Role:

  • Preparing and running the weekly supplier payment runs for all subsidiaries
  • Posting invoices accurately to weekly and monthly deadlines
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Timely and accurate delivery of payment cycle for suppliers
  • Ensuring correct authorizations are obtained
  • Sending payment runs via BACs
  • Inspecting and resolving misallocated cost

Requirements:

  • Must have prior accounts payable experience
  • Studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA
  • Excellent communication
  • Able to work well in a team
