KennedyPearce are hiring an Accounts Payable Manager for a global tech firm based in London. This role will be permanent or temp to perm. This position will be hybrid working role. The role:

• Review AP invoice postings
• Review staff expense postings
• Consolidate and prepare payments journals and BACS payments
• Oversee work of 2/3 junior team members
• Ensure team members are strictly following internal processes
• Daily / weekly updates to AP manager of progress in accordance with AP timetable
• Assistance with resolving ad hoc supplier queries
• Implement new processes

The candidate:

• The ideal candidate should be able to start within a two week period
• Someone with good excel
• Someone who has worked in an unstructured environment with examples of how the have implemented new processes.
