Immediate start ! An experienced Corporate Receptionist is reeuqired to

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Receptionist/ Administrator to support this high profile membership association. Reporting to the Senior PA you will be the first point of contact for all visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately, and provide a first class customer service at all times.

Main duties:

  • Meeting and greeting guests and visitors
  • Assist visitors by giving advice and directions
  • Answer telephones and respond to email in a professional manner
  • Assist in dealing with telephone calls
  • Ensure the front of house reception area is clean and tidy at all times
  • Be point of contact for facilities to operate a Helpdesk as directed
  • Book meeting rooms and ensure they are cleared and ready for the next meeting
  • Shift Pattern - 8am - 4pm / 9am - 6pm Monday - Friday
