Your main responsibilities will include:

• Managing the financial outsourcing for a portfolio of clients, including but not limited to bookkeeping, VAT returns and management accounts
• Ensuring all monthly, quarterly and year end deliverables are met
• Developing a team of direct reports, including managing performance, setting goals and ongoing training
• Perform ad hoc analysis and projects as requested
• Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
• Taking ownership of the reported numbers and handling client queries
• Challenge, establish and maintain financial policies and procedures

To be successful in this Part Qualified Accountant role you must have the following:

• Working towards an internationally recognised accounting qualification
• 2+ years of practice/industry experience preferably fund accounting experience
• Full P&L and Balance Sheet experience
• Management Accounting experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Exposure to bank reporting and internal/external loans and appropriate documentation

• Experience in managing and training
• Experience in Xero Accounting package
