Assistant HR Manager -£60,000 - £70,000


Fantastic opportunity for an experienced Assistant HR Manager to join a Private Equity firm in London Bridge.

The Assistant HR Manager will work in a team of 2 and be responsible for up to 70 staff.
We are looking for a true Generalist who is confident to lead on the end to end Advisory.

This is a hands-on opportunity, implementing policies, procedures and transforming HR into an efficient environment whilst being faced with daily "firefighting" tasks that may arise last minute to support the business.

Whilst this role will work as part of a team it ideally will require a HR professional who is able to work autonomously, any previous Standalone experience in a small environment will be highly beneficial.

The role will include, HR Projects, ER, Payroll, Recruitment, Comp & Benz, System implementation and L&D, HR Administration

  • Leading ER cases
  • Managing Payroll
  • Creating and keeping on top of industry policy and procedures
  • Implementing new HR systems, providing Executives with data from reporting
  • Building key relationships with Senior stakeholders and leading on various tasks including Recruitment for teams.

The ideal candidate will be strong on systems, including Excel and you must have Financial Services or Private Equity experince.
