Job description

A well-established retail company based in the heart of London is seeking an experienced Billings Administrator to join their team.

As a Billings Administrator, you will be responsible for :

  • Issue tenant periodic rent, service charges,s and insurance invoices from SAP. Prepare monthly and quarterly reconciliations
  • Manage deposit refunds and capital contribution payments
  • Maintaining the integrity of internal databases
  • Work with internal and external auditors to resolve issues and/ or provide information as required
  • Process lease completion statements, and follow up on payment and account reconciliation
  • A comprehensive review of leases and contracts and accurate entry into SAP

The ideal candidate :

  • Good knowledge and experience in Accounts Receivable, particularly Billing
  • Previous experience of SAP would be advantageous
  • Good understanding of accounting processes

This role is a 12-month fixed-term contract, offering £35,000 and hybrid working.
