Boutique investment firm seeking a part qualified accountant with management accounts experience to join their close knit team.

The role provides the successful candidate with hands-on experience of a range of highly complex and exciting areas of financial reporting and an excellent entry point for a career in the industry.

Responsibilitites

• Production of monthly balance sheets, expense analysis and extensive quarterly reports
• Bank reconciliations and payments
• Updating of client accounts (XERO & Sage) for various UK and overseas entities
• Management Accounts
• Key client data collection (including data required for tax computations)
• Liaison with the clients' tax advisors
• Adherence to key compliance and risk processes
• Professional management of contact with key servicers such as several global banks and custodians
• Investment performance reporting across alternative asset class and traditional client portfolios

Requirements

• ACCA studier
• Educated to degree level with good academics
• Ideally has previous experience in a professional and high performance environment (be it work, sport, arts, academic or other)
• Experience with double entry bookkeeping and have assisted with management accounts
• Confident with Excel (pivots, lookups, sumifs)
• Organised, motivated and hardworking
• Ability to work as part of a tight, successful and experienced team
