KennedyPearce are hiring a Commercial Finance Manager/ Director for a global consulting business based in London. This role is a 12-18-month FTC but is highly likely to convert into a permanent role. You will be collaborating with colleagues across the business and getting involved with a global transformation project as well as over seeing management information and being responsible for reporting, budgeting, and forecasting. This role will suit a qualified accountant, preferably with a professional services background who has an excellent track record and experience.

The role:

• Engage and contribute to the Global Finance Transformation initiatives
• You will be accountability for month end and ad hoc reporting to different types of stakeholders
• Continuous engagement with the business on KPIs improvement
• Overseeing and coordinating annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
• Pricing large and complex proposals and educating the business on commercial good practice
• Business case development and scenario modelling
• Overseeing a team of three Commercial Analyst in the EMEA region
• Support strong financial controls and data integrity

The candidate:

• Qualified accountant with relevant industry experience
• Available to start by the end of August 2021
• Experience challenging and influencing commercial decision making
• Confident business partner
