KenndyPearce are hiring a Commercial Finance Manager for a PE-backed technology company based in London. This company looks after their team by offering a fully stocked kitchen, Hybrid working (2days in the office required), wellness events, shares, and a great working culture. We want to speak with candidates with commercial acumen including experience modeling, FP&A and finance business Partnering. You will be joining a successful scale-up.

The Commercial Finance Manager responsibilities:

• Finance Business Partner with senior stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Operations, Insights) to develop the business and support key decision-making activities.
• Take a leading role in the annual budget & rolling / quarterly forecast process.
• Build and maintain a robust forecast model liaising with senior stakeholders to understand business drivers and develop assumptions
• Build financial models and analysis on various business cases and ad-hoc projects

Required Skills and Experience

• Significant relevant experience working in Commercial Finance or FP&A function.
• Experience in high-growth tech/consulting / private equity/banking.
• 2:1 degree in Finance/ Numerical/ Business studies
• Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Advanced financial modelling skills.
• Ability to operate in a fast-growing environment, comfortable with ambiguity and able to strike a balance between speed and accuracy

The ideal candidate does not have to be fully qualified although it would be a nice to have along with SQL or Python.
