Job description

My Client are an International Media Firm based in the heart of Central London are on the hunt for someone to join their HR Team to focus on Payroll, Benefits, HRIS and Training. You will be the number two to the HR Manager and get involved in exciting projects to drive people forward.
The ideal candidate MUST have 1-2 years HR Administration experience with a strong understanding of Payroll, Compensation and Benefits.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

Payroll

  • Responsible for gathering monthly payroll data and inputting into the payroll system
  • Produce monthly payroll reports
  • Assist Head of HR with month end process
  • Liaise with Finance to arrange monthly payroll transfers

Benefits

  • Day to day administration of company benefits package
  • Assisting the Head of HR with annual renewals
  • Responding to employee queries regarding benefits

HR Administration

  • Work with the HR Assistant to ensure all employee files are up to date
  • Issue contract variations and follow up

Policies and Procedures

  • Ensure all policies and procedures are up to date with current legislation
  • Provide support to Management to ensure all staff comply with company policies
  • Responsible for updating policy and procedure changes are updated on the company intranet

HRIS

  • Responsible for ensuring the HR database is up to date
  • New joiner and leaver administration
  • Record promotions and salary increases
  • Track probation periods and Fixed-Term contracts
  • Support Head of HR with management of reporting suite

Training

  • Facilitate Line Managers training needs for their teams
  • Investigate training courses as and when required
  • Support Head of HR with administration of Work Experience programme
  • Manage HR training presentations alongside Head of HR:
    • Policies & procedures
    • Market changes
    • Legislation updates

Diversity

  • Administrate annual diversity survey
  • Facilitate survey application
  • Assist Head of HR with analysis of results
  • Assist Head of HR with production of annual report
  • Ensure all staff comply with Diversity policy
  • Support Head of HR with implementation and administration of Diversity Programme
