I am currently working with a very well established media business, who are listed on the LSE and a constituent of the FTSE 250 Index, specialising in festivals, exhibitions and information services. They are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter to join the business as a Credit Controller. Successful candidates will have 1 years' experience in a similar position along with great communication and excel skills.

As a Credit Controller you will be responsible for:

• Ownership of your ledger
• Hosting weekly meetings with the commercial team
• Manage Credit Control mailboxes and ensure these are kept up to date
• Review overdue invoices across various revenue streams and ensure all customers have been contacted & unpaid reasons updated
• Ensure all cash is receipted in a timely, accurate manner
• Review disputes and escalate where necessary

As a Credit Controller you will need:

• Minimum 12 months Credit Control experience
• Basic excel skills (V-Look up/pivot tables required)
• Basic understanding of UK tax rules
• Self-motivated, proactive and driven to improve and succeed
• Owning responsibilities, have pride in the work and are committed to hold themselves accountable to the highest standards
