Credit Controller - Euston

About the role

Working as part of small team, the Senior Credit Controller will oversee all aspects of the accounts receivable function, Duties include:

  • Maintain and manage the debtors ledger including decisions specific to suppling product to customers outside normal terms
  • Communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that collection issues are resolved with a high level of service
  • Assist with data entry of orders
  • Investigating and resolving queries and disputes
  • Reporting to Senior Management
  • Ad hoc tasks as assigned by management
  • 12 month role with scope to go permanent

Skills and experience

The ideal candidate will have 3+ year's experience within a similar role Credit Controller role and poses the following skills and qualities:

  • Experience in a fast paced industry
  • Moderate to Advanced Excel skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong customer service skills & ability to build relationship with stakeholders
  • Experience in supervision of staff
