Our client, an International Bank based in London, currently seek a Credit Risk Control Analyst to join their Real Estae Finance team

Job Purpose

Perform regular and ad hoc monitoring of credit risk across the banks CRE portfolio

Key Responsibilities

• Covenant compliance - Review interest covenants of property loans
• Review calculation of financial covenants
• Review financial reports of Hotel Lending loans and check financial covenants
• Check Facility Letters to ensure that that all covenants are added
• Check covenant compliance prior to drawdown
• Review general credit control of the lending portfolio

Must have Essential Experience Required

• Credit Risk experience in Real Estate/Property Finance, ideally within CRE
• Extensive experience in the monitoring and calculation of financial covenants
• Loan Documentation and Facility Letter experience
• Real Estate Portfolio and Risk Analysis experience
