CRM Manager

City of London

Up to £50,000

My Client are an international retail business, based in the heart of the City on the hunt for a diligent, pro-active and experienced CRM Manager to join their team of 2 on a permanent basis.

You will be responsible for creating and developing the brand's CRM, online retention and customer communications strategy.

Responsibilities as a CRM Manager:

  • Building on the comprehensive view of online customers we have built on the Adobe platform
  • Review and integrate new marketing channels into the CRM mix
  • Consider new opportunities to run targeted cross channel campaigns across email, social & display
  • Forecast revenue uplift of proposed promotions/marketing initiatives to existing user base
  • Develop strategies to increase awareness
  • Monitoring and reporting the results of all email marketing activity on a weekly & monthly basis
  • Grow the database through effective lead generation and reduction in churn

The successful CRM Manager will have:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in online CRM marketing, within fashion and/or retail experience
  • Proven experience of managing retention and CRM programmes and database management
  • Proven track record of working in a sales/driven commercial trading environment
