Currrently looking for an experienced Employee Benefits Specialist ASAP. The ideal person will come from Financial Services although will consider Professional Services. The Employee Benefits Specialist will be working to a Hybrid model so 2 days in the London head office.

The Employee Benefits Specialist will be servicing a portfolio of clients in a timely, professional and cost-effective manner, also developing new business.

Additoinal duties include,

• Ensuring your areas of responsibility comply with all relevant regulatory requirements and company procedures
• Produce new business from referrals.
• Pursue opportunities to cross-sell appropriate products and services to existing clients
