KennedyPearce are hiring a recent graduate for an exciting Junior Finance Analyst role support the senior and Head of FP&A. You will play a key role in a well-respected Finance team, who operate at the core of business decision making. This role offers study support, hybrid working and a great team.

Key responsibilities:

• Produce regular financial and KPI reports
• Analyse monthly P&Ls, investigate variances, and highlight risks/opportunities
• Support budgeting and forecasting processes
• Provide commentary on financial results
• Partner with product teams to support decision-making and performance
• Handle ad-hoc analysis and reporting requests

Ideal candidate:

• Early in their finance career (studying or planning ACA/CIMA/ACCA)
• Graduate with a placement year or upto 1 year in a role
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Commercially aware, detail-oriented, and comfortable with large datasets
• Good communicator, able to explain complex information clearly
• Motivated, eager to learn, and interested in the fitness industry
