A well-established Insurance organization has grown exponentially this year and are looking for an outstanding Finance Analyst to join their Business Intelligence Team. Responsibilities:

• Provide a range of financial analysis, benchmarking and insights to stakeholders of the industry.
• Engage with clients to develop their strategic objectives and execute on deliverables and KPI's.
• Deliver financial and strategic reports and discover new opportunities for insights.
• Act as a key contact with senior-level stakeholders internally to ensure data insights are delivered.
• Develop data strategies to effectively make decisions.
• Analyse, interpret, and visualize data to deliver insights and solutions to the commercial world of insurance.
• Explore competitive market strategies through analysis of a related product, market, or share trends

Requirements:

• 1- 2 years of experience in the Insurance industry, with extensive commercial exposure.
• Business acumen, intellectual curiosity, and critical thinking.
• Initiative-taking, and Problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Financial Analysis.
• Confidence to collaborate and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in building presentations and analyzing data in Microsoft Office and Power BI (preferable)
• Knowledge of SQL and Python is highly advantageous
• Strong attention to detail as well as outstanding written and verbal communication skills

This role will look up to pay up to £55,000 per annum +Bonus, Pension, Healthcare, Hybrid, and Flexible working.
