About the role

A fast paced and challenging Senior Finance Analyst role that partners with the Retail operational team to assist in making key decisions across the organisation. You will be exposed to key senior stakeholders.

The responsibilities

Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for supporting the Retail operations teams with analysis and financial insight.

Other responsibilities include (but not limited to):

• Analysis of customer value propositions
• Customer & product profitability analysis
• Weekly sales reporting
• Cost analysis
• 3-5 year strategic planning
• Monthly management reports
• Customer pricing
• New product development
• Ad hoc analysis as assigned
• Budgeting/Forecasts

Desired profile

• Part qualified (CIMA/ACCA)
• Strong excel skills (use of financial models, vlookup, hlookup, pivot tables etc)
• Previous experience in a commercial environment, preferably within Retail (exposure to ecommerce would be advantageous)
• Solid analytical and data interpretation skills
• Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to challenge when required and work well within all levels of the organisation
• Must be able to work to strict and short timelines
• Excellent at multiple stakeholder management
• Must be solution focused
