A varied, exciting and interesting position has come about in a rapidly growing Media business based in West London. The role reports directly to the CFO and the person will have lots of opportunity for exposure and progression.

• Managerial responsibility and primary contact for all finance staff
• Be the commercial lead and business partner with heads of department
• Primary finance contact for the Group for the following areas:
• Business support/development requiring financial input
• Review of existing finance department structure and managing any required changes

• Review of monthly management accounts across all entities
• Preparation of a board pack on a monthly basis for directors of the company with the aim to provide concise, effective insights that are easy to understand

• Complete review of all finance processes and understand where areas of efficiency can be found

• Ongoing budget reviews with heads of departments
• Ongoing Competitor analysis & market positioning analysis
• Support staff in the Group with advice and training on accounting, finance and Excel queries

• Assist the Operations Manager with analysis of data to support the business in the development of management information and KPI's.
• Work with the Operations Manager to review existing business processes and making recommendations for improvements
• Project manage identified system integration
• Business partner across all departments and the group
