KennedyPearce are partnering exclusively with a private equity-backed media client based in London who are hiring a Finance Director. This company is planning to double within the next few years so someone with experience in a fast-paced company is required. There is a competitive salary along with bonus and equity as well as other fantastic benefits. This is a hands on Finance Director role and will manage a team of 5 and will report into a Group CFO.

Responsibilities include:

• Oversee all aspects of finance, tax and treasury
• Execute financial management and insight, enabling sound decision making and steering business success through commercial support & financial analysis of performance
• Support the business on its growth ambitions by helping to drive profitability and supporting on strategic project.
• Reporting and compliance
• Maximising working capital, liquidity and ensuring accurate forecasting of business performance.

Required Candidate Profile:

• Qualified Accountant from a Big 4 firm
• 5-10 years PQE
• Prior experience as a Finance Director or Financial Controller in a larger orgnaisation
• Able to work in a dynamic, growing, creative organisation
