Property company in London looking for an Operation Finance Manager to join an established finance fuction for 3-6 months with potential to go perm.

The role:

• Oversea a team of 2
• Working with multiple senior stakeholders, business partnering, reviewing costs etc
• Drive the improvement and formalisation of internal controls, fixed assets, month end processing, understanding variances and review activity
• Manage and review the reconciliation of balance sheet accounts

As an individual with in-depth experience of leading the accounting operations function, you will have been a 'do-er' and a leader within this area. Impressive verbal skills are essential for this role as it requires a significant degree of cross-functional communication both locally.

You must be qualified- 3-5 years with experience business partnering operationally.
