Job description

My client, a leader in their field are looking for an Experienced Financce Project Manager to join their team for 6 months

Purpose of the role

To provide strong leadership and project management of the team which is currently undergoing business transformation to drive improvements.

Accountabilities

  1. Ensure the EMEA Finance transaction team is recognised within the team as a trusted high performing team
  1. Deliver confidence in the end to end Supplier Process
  1. Deliver confidence in the end to end Billing Process
  1. Ensure relationships are strengthened with clients AP teams and suppliers
  1. Achieve pre-defined KPIs around Billing, AR and AP
  1. Migrate the Success Team into Business as Usual

This role is vital to the business to ensure: we have: adequate controls and reporting in place for effective AP/AR and cash management. As well as providing guidance and mentoring to the AP & AR teams to enable them to offer best practice service to our clients and suppliers.

Essential

  1. Exceptional ability to build relationships across all areas of the business
  2. A clear and positive communicator
  3. Works well under pressure and able to cope with conflicting priorities
  4. An ambitious self-starter with excellent organization skills and an ability to work in fast moving environment
  5. Ability to lead and inspire in a matrix environment
  6. Structured and logical thinker
  7. Solid understanding of end to end processes for billing compliance, accounts receivable and accounts payable

Desirable

  1. Regional experience or experience working with different countries across Europe
  2. Comfortable with project management tools
  3. Experience of using Smartsheet software or equivalent
  4. Experience in creation and storage of process maps
  5. Experienced in embedding new processes within multi-site business
  6. Qualified accountant
