My client, a leader in their field are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team.

In this role your key responsibilities will be;

* FULL responsibility of the Central Finance team, ensuring you provide support to all central departments including General and Admin, Finance, Systems & HR

* Managing 4 part qualified accountants

* Involvement in various projects

* Planning and co-ordinating the external and internal audits

* Preparation of the of the business' forecasts

* Business Parterning with the Head Office Finance team and UK Heads of Department of central teams

* Preperation of the UK statutory accounts

* Group Consolidation of the European accounts

* Reviewing the monthly balance sheets, cashflows and bank reconciliations

* Preparing tax computations and VAT returns and liaising with tax advisors

* implementation of improvements to the forecasting and reporting processes

To be selected for this role you will have the following criteria:

* Qualified ACA or ACCA candidate (4+ years PQE)

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Management experience

* Previous experience of consolidating accounts and preperation

* VAT Experience

* Knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS an advantage

Ideally you will be on a short notice period and have previous expeirence within a Media/Marketing business.
