A fast growing Private Equity firm looking for an experience commercial Finance Manager. You will be accountable for delivering high quality, accurate and timely reports and will be overseeing direct reports. They are based in central London and experience within the role and industry is essential

• Management of a team
• month end accounting and preparation of monthly reporting packs
• montioring KPIs
• management of external audit process
• management of production of financial reconciliations
• management of annual budgeting
• liaise with divisional management and business analysts
• provide cover for Financial controller
• Ad Hoc duties

• ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualifed
• Ability to manage and develop a team of trainee accountants
• Ability to prioritise and work to tight deadlines
• Ability to progress and take on more responsibility with growth of the business
• Ability to deal with business units effectively and with confidence
• Ability to improve the efficiency of the Finance function through automation
• 2+ years accounting experience
• Financial services industry experience would be advantageous
