The Role

This is a great technical Finance Manager role, with full exposure across the business consolidation and corporate accounting business Internationally.

You report to the Head of Finance & are responsible for:

• Group consolidation Internationally
• Preparation of the company's year-end accounting pack, financial statements, reports, income tax.
• Preparation of the annual budget and regular cashflow reports for management
• Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors etc. in various territories
• Oversee the general ledger transaction processing
• Prepare cash-flow statements, projections, and analysis
• Finance Business Partnering across group functions to resolve corporate accounting queries

Your Background

To be considered for this Finance Manager (Consolidation & Corporate Accounting) role, we are looking for candidates who are / have:

• Currently a strong technical FC/FM with good consolidations experience
• Global entity reporting exposure
• Managing a team of 3 direct reports previously
• ACA, CA or CPA qualified
• Excellent communication skills, and someone who has that unique ability to explain the numbers to non-finance & creative minds!
