This is an amazing role for an ambitious Finance Manager who leads by example and strives to excel in a high-profile division based in central London.

The role:

• Monitor, analyse and evaluate project finances. Produce monthly project P&L's
• Work with Project Architects to set projects up correctly at the outset. Fee proposal, budget, resource plans.
• Management Accounts. Control of management accounts through to Board pack and incl Financial Analysis, variances.
• Attend weekly Opportunities & resourcing meeting.
• Develop and enhance system use. Accounting system, project management system and CRM system
• Fee proposals. Work with Finance Director and team to understand fee proposal viability before issued to client
• Contracts. Work with the Finance Director to ensure all projects have a sufficient contract in place at or near the beginning of the agreement
• Produce quarterly client analysis from market, sector, partner perspectives
• Yearend & budget. Work with the Finance team to lead an accurate and timely year end process with external Auditors. Assist FD and team to produce yearly budget

Background of candidate:

• CIMA/ACCA Qualified
• WIP/Def Revenue experience (essential)
