Key responsibilities:

• Managing a team of 2 people and building out the team further in 2019/2020
• Providing and interpreting financial information
• Working with MD/ outsourced team to ensure Managements Accounts are delivered quickly each month
• Monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends analysing change
• Creating and monitoring departmental budgets
• Researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance
• Analysing competitors and market trends
• Developing financial management mechanisms
• Conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities Managing the company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems

You should be:

• Newly qualified
• Immediate or short notice period
• Happy working in start up environment
• Knowledge of CIS is helpful
