Management Accountant/ Finance Manager: You will play an important role in supporting the client to deliver creative solutions to their clients. You may not be producing what they call the "creative" work, but you will be helping manage cash flow, budget and invest in the right creative places.

We will require you to be flexible and agile as you multi-task throughout the financial quarters of the year working closely with the team to collate all the information you need.

Key Responsibilities

• Weekly cash flow management and reporting
• Management of project costs and production planners
• Approval and payment of supplier and freelancer invoices
• Monthly salary review and payments
• Raising and managing sales invoices
• Monthly management reporting and commentary
• Supporting the budget process
• Communicating with Accountants
• System and process improvement
• General analysis

Key Requirements

• Substantial relevant experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Flexible and innovative with strong attention to detail
• Spreadsheeting and excel skills
• Knowledge of Xero desirable
