Overview:

Management Accounting for the groups UK commercial property portfolio

The Role:

• Reporting into the Group FC you will have four direct reports
• Delivering financial and management accounting for the Retail department
• Business partnering with investment and leasing managers
• Budgeting and forecasting in conjunction with Development and Performance Analysts
• Influencing commercial decision making
• Ad hoc projects and process improvements

The Ideal Candidate:

• Property accounting experience within retail property for a fund manager or property owner is essential
• Advanced modelling and analysis capabilities
• ACA/ACCA/CA/ CPA qualification is essential - 5 Years Post Qual
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• 5-7 years of relevant experience
