A Senior Financial Accountant role to report into Group Financial Controller. The role is working for a leading property organisation.

Description

The Senior Financial Accountant will have the following responsibilities:

* Hands on key support for myself and the financial accounting team
* Review balance sheet reconciliations and support the team in resolving any issues
* Co-ordinate and project manage the audit with new auditors
* Prepare financial statements
* Working with technical advisors to understand the impact of IFRS 9 on the business

Profile

The successful Senior Financial Accountant will need the following:

Essential:

• Qualified accountant (strong preference for CA/ CAANZ/ Candidates from an audit background from within Europe)
• Immediately available (potentially able to wait on a 1 week notice period)
