Great opportunity to join a thriving FinTech business based in the City who require a Financial and Management Accountant. The company has grown organically and this is a newly created role due to an increase in work. It offers support from an experienced management team and internally there has been recent success with people being promoted internally in the wider finance department.

You will either be an ACA from Practice or ACCA/CIMA from Industry (Insurance essential).

Role

The role works closely with the Financial Controller and will suit you if you have ambition and desire to grow your career. You will need to have reporting experience and IFRS knowledge.

The salary is £45,000 - £55,000

Responsibilities:

• Develop key relationships within the finance team & outsourced service provider

• Preparation of Board packs for International service companies

• Production of group company financial statements

• Production of group company regulatory reporting

• Preparation/Review of VAT submissions for local entities

• Budgeting and forecasting

Experience

You will be a Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA with IFRS, either from a Financial Services company or with an audit background from practice. You will need to have exceptional interpersonal skills and be proactive, well organised and be a confident communicator.
