A fantastic opportunity has opened up within a leading Media firm in London for a Financial Accountant. The ideal candidate will be used to working within a large team and will be responsible for managing the Assistant Accountants.

Main Duties

Working with the financial accounting team on production of annual and quarterly financial statements prepared in accordance with IFRS
Oversee cash flow monitoring and forecasting and ensure effective treasury management is maintained at all times
Lead the year end audit preparation
Liaise and communicate effectively across Finance and other departments
Oversee the accurate and timely documentation of financial procedures and processes
Miscellaneous analysis when required
Balance sheet reconciliations
Skills/Attributes Required

Knowledge of IFRS
ACCA/CIMA/ACA Qualified
Analytical skills
Must have experience within a similar role
Strong excel and system skills
