My client, a European shepherd within the Real Estate industry are looking for a Financial Accountant to join their team on a Temp to Perm bais. You will be technically strong with at least one role in Industry and see yourself progressing to Finance Manager within 12 months.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

· Preparation of Quarterly Financial Reports

· Variance analysis and forecasting

· Preparing the actuals vs budget and forecast

· Preparation of Quarterly Manager's Reports

· Quarterly distribution calculations

· Annual dividend calculations

· Preparation of Quarterly Loan Reporting and calculations, including forecasting.

· Ownership for period end Group reporting processes

· Intercompany reconciliations

· Reporting adjustments

· Closing procedures and analytical reviews

· Take ownership of period end closing procedures for leasing revenue and leasing capital expenditure

· Liaising with relevant stakeholders to provide detailed variance analysis

· Treasury transactions including journal entries and associated balance sheet reconciliations.

· Assist with the 5year Business Plan including all associated financial reporting and analysis

· Preparation of statutory year-end financial statements

· Conduct the management of annual group and statutory audit processes

WHO YOU ARE

· Qualified accountant - Ideally ACA/ACCA

· Experience in ownership of full period end closing processes and reporting

· Strong communication skills

· Strong business partnering skills

· Evidence of strong financial skills

· System savvy
