Our client is a world-renowned Consultancy group based in the heart of London with an ever-expanding footprint and a fantastic culture. Due to the continues growth, they require an energetic Financial Controller to help the finance team on a permanent basis. This role is a hybrid working role.

This Financial Controller will be involved across all activities of the function, including:

• Lead on month end processes
• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Management of a team of three-Part Qualified Accountants
• Business partnering with divisional heads outside of finance
• Cash management and forecasting
• Liaising and coordinating with the external auditors
• Balance sheet management
• Intercompany accounting and reconciliations
• Review of quarterly VAT reporting
• Ownership of operational finance
• Oversight of Payroll (which is outsourced)
• Supporting FD on any ad hoc tasks
• Supporting wider team as required

Skills/background of the candidate:

• Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
• Experience in a Pay & Bill environment (Legal, Consultancy etc) would be beneficial.
