Expanding Organisation seeks a Qualified Financial Controller to join their business on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Finance Director the Financial Controller would require strong attention to detail, have a "can do" attitude and have management experience.

Requirements for the Financial Controller include:

• Preparation of regulatory reporting
• Provide key contributions to the company financial strategy and decision-making processes.
• Analyse, prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial, budgeting and forecasting reports, and present your findings to the board.
• Cashflow forecasts
• Manage, mentor, and motivate the finance team.
• Responsibility for maintaining statutory accounts for the business.
• Consolidation of group accounts
• Preparation of monthly board packs
• Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
• Preparation of Tax packs
• Business planning, analysis and liaising with stakeholders.
• Ad-hoc projects

Requirements for the Financial Controller include:

• A self-starter who takes ownership, is "hands on" and has excellent attention to detail.
• Qualified CIMA/ACCA/ACA
• Previous management experience
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical skills
• Be a strong business partner.
