FP&A Analyst

The Company

Our client is an established player in the tech industry with many years of growth behind and ahead of them. They've recently signed a number of large contracts and as a result they are growing their finance team therefore looking for an Interim FP&A Analyst to join the team on a 5 months basis with strong scope to be extended.

Key responsibilities for this job:

To support the Head of FP&A in preparing the annual Business Plan & reforecasts for the group, presenting & communicating clearly to the business & its subsidiaries

To prepare key monthly financial reporting, including:

• Board Pack
• Cost Centre Reporting
• Capex & Investment Reporting

To prepare detailed analysis and understanding of company financials, including reconstruction of financial statements, such as:

• P&L split by Product Line & Business Area
• P&L split by New vs Existing Customers

• Revenue split by product type
• Revenue trending analysis

Knowledge and experience required:

• Part qualified CIMA or equivalent
• Experience in IT / Technology / Telecoms industry beneficial, but not required
• Ability to work with, understand and analyse large datasets
• Ability to create informative & engaging presentations
• Advanced Excel & PowerPoint skills
• High standards of accuracy and precision
• Articulate, with the ability to communicate financial concepts to non-finance managers
