A pan-European Real Estate Investment business is recruiting for a Fund Accountant to join their close-knit finance team based in Central London. The role is an excellent, broad-ranging career opportunity offering exposure to the transactions side of the business as well as working closely with senior members of the team. Job duties include:

• Reviewing financials received from external third-party suppliers
• Assisting with the audit process
• Assisting with the statutory filing requirements including tax and financial reporting
• Managing project financial information
• Managing internal controls and procedures
• Financial modelling
• Exposure to various aspects of transactions

Skills required:

• An accountancy qualification, part-qualified also considered
• Experience of IFRS and ideally some European GAAP standards
• RE Fund sector experience
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong Excel skills, ideally with financial modelling experience
