KennedyPearce are currently recruiting a Group Financial Controller role for a Consultancy Business based in London. Reporting directly to the Group Finance Director, this role will take responsibility for Financial Reporting, Statutory Accounts, Board Reporting, Treasury, Balance Sheet Control, Cash Forecasting as well as adhoc project work as required. This role is permanent OR would suit somebody looking for a longer term contract- the candidate should have less than one month notice period.

Duties include:

• Ensuring the Group maintains a strong financial control environment
• Leading and developing the finance team
• Review of the monthly Board Pack for Board reporting
• Review of the consolidation of monthly results
• Consolidation and reporting of budgets and forecasts
• Treasury and cash management
• Management of the relationship with the Group's parent company
• Integration of current and future acquisitions
• Significant ad hoc project work

The preferred candidate:

• Qualified accountant from an ACA/ ACCA background- preferrably from a professional services background
• Technically proficidient in accounting for international groups and international tax with a good knowledge of UK GAAP and IFRS
• Experience of financial reporting and international tax in multi-currency
• Microsoft Dynamics experience
