KennedyPearce is hiring a Head of FP&A and Business Partner on a 3 month basis for a role based in Central London (2 days in the office). We are looking for someone to start immediately. This candidate will focus on strategic planning, setting up the budget process, along with owning the monthly management pack.

Reporting to the CFO, this is a pivotal leadership role:

• Lead the annual budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning processes
• Manage a team of two- Management experience is a must
• Conduct in-depth analysis of financial performance against key business metrics, identifying underlying reasons for variances.
• Business partner with the leadership team and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain financial models tailored to business metrics
