Business partner with high profile and senior level stakeholders (internally & externally), embedding HSE policies and frameworks which are fit for purpose.
Develop a broad knowledge of all areas within 'H&S', lead on projects and become a key stakeholder in relation to all Health & Safety matters.
Produce HSE reports and analysis, keeping up to date current and developing legislation, committee, boards, and group Risk & Compliance team.

A good knowledge on Health & Safety policy, and sound judgment and reasoning, with the ability to find pragmatic ways for the organisation to meet its Health & Safety obligations.
Relevant practical experience in reporting on HSE matters and understanding relevant legislation in this area.
Excellent written and verbal communication, and an ability to liaise confidently with external stakeholders, senior managers, and board level members at all levels.
