A global leading creative business in the Media and Production world are seeking a Head of Reporting. The business partners with the world's most famous clients and they have a very dynamic and collaborative culture.

The role plays a pivotal part in the team, is responsible for strategic planning and management, and reports to the UK Group FC - heading up a team of 7.

• Oversee the monthly reporting cycle to improve the efficiency of processes
• Participate and oversee the Quarterly and annual budget and re-forecast reporting
• Lead the Finance team in month end activities
• Build the knowledge and ownership within the team
• Preparation of monthly reporting with quality variance analysis for the Financial Controller to review
• Partner with the business to drive understanding and ownership of departmental spend
• Comprehensive commentary for management review, covering variances and arising trends
• Be a change leader
• Ad hoc commercial / financial tasks as required
• Business partnering with the rest of the company

The candidate requirements are:

• Qualified - ACA, ACCA or CIMA
• A background in Media or a similar industry
• Strong team management skills
• Excellent communication skills and business partnering skills
• Resilient and adaptive character
