Job description

An exciting opportunity has become available working as a HR Advisor, for a Global Banking Service. They are a constantly growing business with ambitiously high hiring targets.

They are looking for a detail oriented, organised, and enthusiastic HR Advisor to join their growing team based in the London Head Office. Part of the global HR team focusing on providing an exceptional employee experience.

Responsibilities

  • Point of contact for Employee queries and Administration
  • Address HR queries via face-to-face contact, phone enquiries or the HR team inbox, actioning and escalating where appropriate.
  • Maintain and manage the HR systems.
  • Create and maintain employee files and paperwork.
  • Own the onboarding process, pre-employment checks and employee induction.
  • Track and manage probationary periods.
  • Maintain, monitor, and track Visa records.
  • Run HR reports as required.
  • Own and manage exit interviews.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Support the HRBP to deliver on the day-to-day HR needs
  • Support HR projects and take on other responsibilities to meet the needs of the department and business.

Experience and Skills

  • Previous experience in HR
  • Admin and data base experience
  • Build and maintain relationships Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to work on your own or part of a team.
  • Passionate about delivery and success

This is a full time permanent position paying £35,000 - £40,000
