Job description

My client a global Insurance Company are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to support the HRBP's in this HR generalist role. You will use your broad range of HR knowledge / experience to be apart of this busy and dynamic HR team. Reporting to a small team of HRBP's you will become an integral part in determining and actioning future organisational changes

Duties

  • Manage the HR operations process
  • Supporting managers and colleagues on policies and best practice, conducting maternity/parenting meetings, and supporting the return-to-work
  • Conduct exit interviews
  • Deal with compensation, benefits and HR policy related queries
  • Liaise with HRBP's, Benefits COE and Payroll to support the management of long-term sickness cases and other health and wellbeing activities (e.g. occupational health referrals).
  • Assist with the annual performance review, salary, bonus and promotion procedures
  • Assist and work with the HRBP's with performance / ER issues
  • Assist with preparation ER cases
  • Provide support to year end
  • Provide statistical and reporting analysis
  • Support on HRBP's and Managers in training initiatives

Skills required

  • At least 3 years HR Generalist experience (preferably as HR Advisor or similar)
  • Proven ability to partner and advice Stakeholders and Managers
  • Previous Global Insurance / FS industry experience would be an advantage
  • Experience of supporting a complex working environment would be a definite advantage
  • Previous HR system experience is essential (preferably Oracle)
  • Previous EMEA experience is desired
  • Good analytical / Excel skills
  • Excellent communication skills to quickly build relationships with Stakeholders and colleagues
  • Day Rate: £147 = Umbrella / £112 - PAYE Plus holiday pay
  • Available to start ASAP (preferably November)
  • Duration: Ongoing temp (min 3 months) or possibly Temp to Perm
  • Location: City of London or Reigate
  • Hybrid / Flexible working 1 or 2 days in either office
