Job description
We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Business Partner to join our client, a global insurance company, and their growing People team. As HR Business Partner you will partner with the business with a focus on implementing HR initiatives, providing best practice and advise on all HR policies and processes.
This is the perfect opportunity for a Junior HR Business Partner looking to progress their career within a dynamic, forward-thinking business. This is a permanent position based in the City of London with a salary up to £60,000.
Responsibilities of HR Business Partner
- Take leadership on maintaining and developing positive relationships to proactively support the management team with people issues
- Assist with the implementation of HR Policies and advise all employees on policies and procedures
- Ensure operational excellence and continuous improvement across all areas of the employee life cycle
- Collaborate with the HR team to support on the success of current company processes
- Help to ensure that relevant FCA requirements are met
- Work alongside the HR Manager on the development of successful L&D programmes
- Consults with leaders on employee issues including disciplinary issues, employee development, retention, compensation philosophy, restructuring and organisational development needs
- Upskill people leaders to support proactive management of employee relations activity
- Present findings to Senior stakeholders regarding relevant people information
Skills & Experience of HR Business Partner
- Previous experience within a HR Generalist position
- Experience of partnering with senior stakeholders across the full HR lifecycle
- Good knowledge and experience regarding FCA rules & SM&CR requirements
- CIPD Qualified
