Job description
A fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced People Change Implementation Manager to work with my favourite global insurance company
As part of the transformation strategy you will take ownership and be responsible for developing and implementation of change strategies in an agile environment
Working with the Business Architecture Lead and Cheif HR Officer you will build relationships with stakeholders and HR to ensure an integrated plan to develop the business needs
- Accountable for the communication and roll out of the new work place practices to enhance the business needs
- Develop the strategy for change design
- To produce capability assessments and business cases
- To explore gaps and plan workforce
Skills
Insurance industry / London Markets experience is essential
Experience of working in an agile environment
Experienced of delivering Projects
Transformation and change management experience is essential
Coommence ASAP
Day Rate: £600 (PAYE)
Location: Working from Home / City
Duration: 6 - 12 months plus
