Job description

Our client, a leading business services company our looking to hire a HR Coordinator to join their HR team. With lots of great benefits on offer such as Hybrid working, life assurance and more, this is a great opportunity to be involved in various employee related projects.

As the HR coordinator you will be responsible for supporting the HR team to provide efficient services and day to day administrative related duties.

Responsibilities as the HR Coordinator:

  • Support with employee relation projects
  • First point of contact for the HR department, dealing with day-to-day HR queries
  • Assist the recruitment team with writing job specifications, and conducting interviews
  • Manage the Reward and Benefits activities and administration
  • Conduct new starter inductions and support with exit interviews
  • Updating data such as new starter information, absences etc

Skills required as the HR Coordinator:

  • Good knowledge of HR policies and employee relations
  • Strong administration experience
  • Word and Outlook experience is essential
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Understanding of monthly payroll collation
